There are no third party agencies that are involved that collects the information. The information collected by Aranpani are securely stored in world’s most trusted servers. It is our commitment to keep the user data safe and secure.

For the purposes of usability of the app, below listed data are collected through the app and website:

1.       User identification information – Name, Email address, Mail address for identification and communication

2.       Mobile number – for loging into the app and communication with the user

3.       Location information – To identify the area in which the user accesses the app so as to tag the user to the Trust’s representative from the same area
