august‘21: An asbestos metal sheet roof structure has been built for the the Siva lingam. The project is considered closed for now. Aranpani had discussed in detail various options with the devotees in Allur. Depending on their decision, Aranpani may consider involving further in this project.

July ’21: Allur is a small place in Thirukaatupalli, Tanjore district. There is a shiva temple, which is almost completely ruined. Devotees of Allur approached Aranpani Trust and a discussion on project plan is underway. In the meanwhile, Aranpani decided to erect a metal roofing structure to ensure the Siva linga thirumeni is not left to open sky.
